Vocating SA gives you two ways to permanently delete your Vocating account and the personal data linked to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
Open the Vocating app > Profile > Delete account > confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is deleted within 30 days.

Fallback: email privacy@vocating.ai from the address linked to your account with subject "Delete my Vocating account".
Delete your data but keep your account
If you want to erase your program content (answers, experiments, goals, voice transcriptions) while keeping your account, email privacy@vocating.ai with subject "Delete my data".
What is deleted
Your profile and login credentials, program answers, experiments, goals, reflections, uploaded files, voice transcriptions and interaction history, usage logs linked to your user ID, push tokens, and your subscription record on our side.
What is kept and for how long
Subscription transaction records (identifier, product, date, amount): 10 years, required by Swiss accounting law (Art. 958f Code of Obligations). They contain no program content.
Support correspondence: 24 months after the last exchange.
Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked to you.
Data required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for the applicable limitation period.
Important: Deleting your Vocating account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid further charges.
Timing
Deletion is completed within 30 days of confirmation. Backup copies are overwritten within 90 days.
